By purchasing a ticket and receiving their wristband, the visitors agrees to follow the festival visitor rules as specified here by the organiser of the festival Hradecký Slunovrat.
The festival Hradecký Slunovrat is organised by: Silesia Art, z.ú., Holečkova 526/11, 747 06 Opava-Kylešovice, IČ: 035 87 631.
Upon presenting their ticket, the visitor will receive their festival wristband, which serves as a ticket and authorises its wearer to enter the festival site.
As a condition of purchasing their ticket, the ticket holder consents to being photographed and recorded for promotion purposes.
1) THE FESTIVAL VISITOR AGREES TO:
Follow the rules and regulations by the Visitor rules of the Hradec nad Moravicí Castle, namely to not enter areas outside the festival site, to not damage the Castle property, and to not damage the Castle Park.
Keep order, follow the applicable legislation and principles of morality, and to not disrupt the festival.
Follow the festival visitor rules, observe the organisers’ instructions, and follow the generally applicable legislation.
Present their wristband every time they enter the festival site.
2) THE FESITVAL VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO:
Bring their own glass containers, cans, flammable substances, weapons of any kind, psychotropic substances, objects presenting a security threat, fireworks, laser pointers, recording equipment, cine cameras and professional video cameras without the permission of the organiser.
Bring their own alcoholic beverages.
Use professional and semi-professional cameras to photograph the performers, make audio or video recordings of the performances without the permission of the organiser.
Enter any areas not open to the public (backstage, sound booths, etc.).
Bring dogs or any other animals to the festival.
Light open fires and use pyrotechnics of any kind.
Distribute or display any promotional and publicity materials on the festival site without a written permission of the organiser.
Enter the festival site on a bicycle or any other mode of transport.
Consume and distribute any illegal substances.
Enter the festival site while under the influence of alcohol or other narcotics.
Enter the festival site with the intent to disrupt public order and safety.
Behave in a way that is contrary to morality.
3) THE FESTIVAL ORGANISER IS ENTITLED TO:
Update and change the line-up including the performers if necessary (in case of changing weather conditions, accidents, health issues, etc.).
Give instructions to the festival visitors to ensure a smooth running of the festival, and to help protect the safety, well-being and property of the visitors.
If need be, to change the visitor rules with immediate effect to ensure order and a trouble-free running of the festival.
Evict from the festival site any visitors who break the visitor rules and prevent them from re-entering the festival site. The offenders will not be entitled to a refund.
Photograph and film the festival events for the purposes of promotion. The photographs and videos can be published on the festival website, facebook, and in the media.
4) THE FESTIVAL VISITOR:
Attends the festival under their own responsibility.
Is liable to any damage they cause on the festival site.
Notes that if they remove or lose their wristband, they will be refused admission to the site. Should your wristband get damaged, contact the organiser immediately.
5) THE FESTIVAL ORGANISER:
Is not liable for any loss, damages or injuries sustained or incurred at the event, if the cause is due to the negligence of the visitor.
Provides a medical and first aid tent where the visitors will be treated in case of an injury or sickness. You will find the medical tent on the map marked with a red cross. Maps of the festival site are available at the main festival gate.
